Returns & Refunds Policy
At MODENETT, we want you to receive your order in good condition. Because of that, our return and refund policy mainly applies to cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
1. What can be returned?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing parts, please email us at info@modenett.com with the subject line:
“Return: Damaged or Defective Item – [Your Order Number]”
and attach a clear photo/video of the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will arrange a replacement or next step for you.
This policy does not apply to items that were delivered in normal, correct condition (e.g. customer no longer wants the item, ordered wrong color/size, or changed mind).
2. Return conditions
We accept returns only for items:
Shipped by us;
That are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts;
Returned together with proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice).
Some products cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines);
Intimate/personal/sanitary products;
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases;
Items not in original condition or returned after the allowed time.
📌 Return window: our return policy lasts 10 days from the date you receive the item (especially for fragile goods). After 10 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
📌 Return shipping: customers are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.
3. Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 2–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@modenett.com before sending anything back.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — sometimes it takes a few days to post.
Contact your bank — processing can take 3–5 business days.
