Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and shipping details.

2.Shipping Time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and local courier operations.

MODENETT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

3.Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer.

4.Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number included in your confirmation email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after the order has shipped.

5.Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, MODENETT is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation.

We are always willing to assist by providing tracking details or shipment verification if required.6.

7.Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Due to strict fulfillment timelines, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or if the customer refuses delivery, MODENETT reserves the right to consider the package abandoned and no refund will be issued.
